Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

Glad to hear it is not just me. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to Vodafone after being hung up numerous times on everything listed on this site! My voicemails rarely come through, picture messages delayed, battery dies quickly, no reception in the eastern suburbs, beach house, country or when I head away on school camps when I need my phone for emergencies. Terrible Terrible Network that needs to seriously lift their game. They buy 3, that's all well and good however when I head away with my girlfriend(she is on 3) she gets reception in places I don't. What is going on their? It is time to improve or collapse!

So I called Vodafone the other day to upgrade my plan, and after being on hold for 25 minutes they put me through to ... wait for it ... ANOTHER VODAFONE CUSTOMER ... yes that's right, someone who doesn't even work for Vodafone!! As if that isn't bad enough, I then hung up and called back again, only to be hung up on ... twice! After spending most of the day trying to get through with no luck I eventually went into a store the next day, who, actually were very helpful. They upgraded my plan and advised me someone would call me about ordering my new handset. They called alright ... 3 hrs later, and advised I couldn't get the phone I wanted because I had to be a customer for at least 3 months ... I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 8 YEARS VODAFONE YOU MORONS!!! I explained the only reason I changed my plan was so I could get the phone and advised I would be taking the matter further as I couldn't believe they could treat their loyal customers with such utter disrespect ... it was then they MAGICALLY found a way around the problem and ordered my new handset. Amazing!! This is aside from all of the connection issues I have with my phone and my home internet (it drops out at about 9 - 10pm every single night ... what the??)! Over it Vodafone! Your customer service is disgusting and the connection issues are a joke!!

Whenever I make a call it always drops out, doesn't matter if I'm standing right next to a tower. I use my phone for work and it's very embarrassing to have to call back my clients all the time. I find if I switch off 3G its not to bad but whats a smartphone without the internet.

We have been with vodafone for years. We recently found no reception in docklands or at our home in hallam even though we are in full coverage. Voicemail constantly as phone never rings and takes 5 mins to load a simple internet banking login screen. Offered us new phones and contract but this has not solved the problem!!!!!

we where in a contract for 2 years with our internet with vodefone, what a joke that was if you managed to get online you weren't on for long it would drop out consistantly, rang them a number of times to be told it would be ok. The end straw was when i rang them to complain yet again after my contract had finished they then said they would send me something in the mail to make it work faster and it would help with the drop off"s, surprise surprise it never came in the mail after three and a half weeks so i finally cancelled it completetly. Never again vodeafail

I purchased a HTC Desire HD on a 2 year $59 per month plan. Before I purchased the phone I checked both the Crazy Johns and Vodafone website to make sure I had coverage. According to both websites and the sales people at Crazy Johns, I was assured that I would have coverage at home/work. Once I go home (which is 10mins from the Crazy Johns store), I realised I had no Vodafone reception at my home address (Mornington Victoria). Teltra and Optus have 3 bars of signal strength. I tried returning the phone to the Crazy Johns store the next day, but they wouldn't take it back. Instead I was given Vodafones number to call. I have spent hours on the phone to Vodafone with no results. To their credit, Vodafone has unlocked the phone for me so I could put in a Telstra sim and have divereted all my calls to the new Telstra number. However the hole Crazy Johns/Vodafone service is a joke. I have no intent on paying any of Vodafone/Crazy Johns' bills.
27 Dec 2010 06:32:07 PM: Dont pay the bill, let them chase you and take you to court, you will win hands down as their terms and conditions state that you will have service in the areas marked. As a consumer, mention consumer affairs, that sound get them to take it back

Vodafone is so bad that my partner sends me a text to say he is on his way home and by the time Vodafone decides to let me receive it he is walking in the door or he has been home for ages!
Also my friends try to ring and it just goes strat to voicemail coz my phone has no reception even tho I'm standing under a tower, and when you ring the dumbass's on the phone say bad luck!

The worst thing they have done to me is when I recharge and get $150 for free they take it all back over night and try to say I used all my credit over night and to bad! What a fucking joke!

I have been with vodafone for years. However since they have taken over "3" there network coverage has become unbearable. I receive text or voice messages from my wife a day later, and everytime I am on the phone, the call drops out. I am so sick of it. An example is I will be on the phone and need to call back at least 3 time within 2 minutes, however if i ring with my work phone which is with Telstra I do not have a problem and can speak on the phone for ten minutes without a problem. FIX THE PROBLEM VODAFONE.

4542 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Poor customer service at 27 Dec 2010 06:24:41 PM
Mine is an age old complaint I lodged 3 complaints via email of lousy and sloppy customer service to the point I felt the company ignored my emails or did not bother checking there inboxes, I had a faulty handset and arranged to pick up a loan handset and when on arrival at the store I left my phone they said there was no handset available, there "customer service team" were more interested in their slurpees than getting me a loan handset and I had to push for them to find one and they proceded to tell me there were none available and if I wanted could purchase one at a discount price I was without a phone for 10 days and I can tell you that it seemed longer than that, Add to that I was wanting to change handsets as mine has decided to pocket call and not close down after the 30 second limit all I got was a blank look and told I could not do anything until I was out of contract, even though I was only asking questions to the point where I was offering to renew my contract if given a new handset there seems to be a culture of your stuck so stick it, we also live in a blackspot area where at the best of times we cannot recieve calls and have to use our handsets to text when we dont want to, I and my wife will not be renewing our contract with vodafail because of there lack of customer service and if there staff dont care what does that say about the company huh go figure

4533 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Pathetic at 27 Dec 2010 06:22:37 PM
I was on Vodafone Prepaid until recently. When I signed up in October 2008, the network was terrific. Could not complain one bit - plus it was far cheaper than Telstra! I had coverage where and when I needed it, and that's what mattered to me.

Well, In about August of 2010, things started going downhill. First it was calls being broken up. Then dropped calls. Then I couldn't send SMS's. Slowly, it got worse and worse. It got to a point I couldn't use the Internet anymore at all, 24/7. However, my phone (Nokia 3120c) always assured me I had 3 or 4 (of 4) bars...

One day it took 20 minutes for a very important text to arrive, meaning I was over half an hour late for an important appointment.

I tried contacting Vodafone (mainly through their Twitter account), but they were no help. They simply denied there were issues. I looked at people mentioning them - almost everyone was having similar issues. Hah!

That was the last straw for me. I was over Vodafone. I did the only thing I could, and I switched to Telstra (along with getting a Nokia 6120c). I've been incredibly happy with them so far - I have reception EVERYWHERE, almost always have 7 (of 7) bars, call quality is great, SMS's arrive within seconds of being sent, and I can actually use the web, too! If I've had questions, their terrific Twitter support has been able to help me out.
The best thing about it is that their equivalent Prepaid option (I was on 365 day recharge with Voda, now on Telstra Prepaid Long Life) is exactly equivalent value for money, which is great. Plus, with the recent introduction of cheaper data packs, I can even tether my phone. It's great!!

I'd encourage everyone who has issues with Vodafone to consider another provider, especially if you're on prepaid or, more recently, can get out of your contract free.

Good luck!

It thinks its still in a call when i hang up and freezes the phone sometimes to the point where i need to remove the battery, so i guess im still getting charged for the call im not even having anymore. In store Vodafail there might as well be a touch screen that blue screens on repeat because the pissed off mimimum staff that are can never get around to talking to you, hire more people you faggs its not like you cant afford to or is it because your almost at breaking point with the customers already using your network so your slowing down sales for a while the nerds freak out in the server room. I run a business and we have 16 mobiles in a group plan with vodafone. I have never before experienced service such as this. We are in a technologically advanced country and the service provided by Vodafone is third world standard. In-fact I have no doubt I could get better service in Africa than the rubbish dished out by Vodafone.

Constant drop outs, terrible (close to zero) data coverage and not to forget the loss of business my company has suffered. I recently had an operation and was resting at home for 2 weeks. I had absolutely NO internet access through my Vodafone data card OR my phone simply to read my emails. What a disgusting service. The best thing is, their response was "we dont guarantee 100% coverage". What a SHAM. How about ZERO coverage !

They should be absolutely disgusted with themselves and the shonky service they provide.

I called vodafone and after at least one hour on the phone the Vodafone customer service person had no idea how to fix it.. The service from this customer service person was hopeless as he was speaking in his own language to another customer service person beside him while i was trying to hear what he was doing to fix my problem and had me on hold for long periods.
I really wasn't happy with the service provided by the customer service person..
Looks like a bad overseas organisation that Vodafone has given the customer service too!!

4436 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Apology and network upgrade at 27 Dec 2010 06:05:14 PM
Well and good for Nigel Dews apology recently, but with the apology I do not fix my network problems.

Vodafone have announced a big boost to their national 3G network, but the question is when? This is their link:

http://www.vodafone.com.au/stelprd/groups/webcontent/documents/webcontent/vfa2_media_release_network.pdf

What is their dead line for the completion of the upgrade 12 months, 24 months or should I wait until I retire at 65?

Maybe to alleviate the coverage problem in the mean time (before they complete their upgrade) they could strike a deal with Telstra and Optus to use/share their towers where Vodafone towers do not exist or are too far away.

This would bring back some confidence back into their client base and would be a sign of respect towards their customers.

I was on hold for two hours before I finally got through to someone to advise them my internet wasnt working, then I was advised it was out of hours for the technical team. I spoke to the supervisor and he hung up on me while talking to someone next to him. He did not call back. I called the next day, was on hold for an hour before someone answered my call and I was advised I would get a call back from someone who could help me, eight hours later I get a call back and am told to wait a couple of hours for the internet to start working again. Next day, internet not working again, called back Vodafone who told me to uninstall internet then reinstall and they hung up the phone. Turns out the computer would not let me reinstall the internet, Vodafone told me there was nothing they could do so I asked to be put through to disconnections. I was advised I would have to pay for the service for the next few weeks as they cannot disconnect until the end of my billing cycle (so I'm still paying for something that doesnt work). When I hang up the phone from them I discover they also disconnected my mobile phone...when will this nightmare end????

I had my now Ex wife and her fathers mobile phones on my 3/Vodafone account. I contacted customer customer service to have these phones removed from my account by the end of my account period in September 2010. To my dismay this didn't happen and now they are demanding payment from the date in which they were to cancel and the date where I rang to find out why the service was still operating. Plus I had a $19 Bonus cap and they charges $29 to cancel.I won't be paying this amount & I guess they will put me on a bad credit rating agency but I'm an old bloke and a bad credit rating won't to any harm. OK My Mobile is still working and I pay for my Cap each month. My contract ends in April 2011 and it will be goodbye Orange/3/Vodafone after 9+ years. I constantly went into vodafone stores for help and were unable to help told me to call customer service. i finally went into another vodafone store who had seen in my account i had nothing but problems called customer service and once again were unable to help. i had called customer service myself abusing them and constantly repeating myself and waivered fees to get out of the contract i then sent the phone back and no longer have anything to do with. I am appauled at the service provided.

i have had extremely large problems with vodafone for the last 3 years. as in poor reception, calls dropping out, sending and recieving txt's and being unable to access my internet properly. i have complained about these problems at least 50 times and nothing has been done to fix it. i have had extremely large bills that were not due to my fault and i have complained about that alot as well. but still vodafone has done nothing to fix these problems. so extremely angry with there service its beyond a joke. they have recieved so much money out of me which i believe they were not legally supposed to recieve but otherwise they threatened to cut my service off and i need my phone for work. extremely unhappy with there service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was with 3 but my contract was finished and my current phone died so went into 3 shop to get new phone and change cap plan. Was advised that Vodaphone had bought out 3 but as 3 used the same networks/lines etc, I wouldn't notice a difference. However when calling my parents who live maybe 20 metres away the calls drop out and can never get on facebook. Wait and see how it goes as I've only had phone for a week.

Have been with VF for a LONG time, however, signed up a two year contract in Feb 2010 (because I found their service to be excellent, Customer Service was crap, but never needed it in years). In July 2010, while wife was sick and tired of 3, I convinced her to switch over to Vodafone as well, BIG MISTAKE. It appears she brought all her problems with her;

1- Call Drop Outs.
2- Extremely Slow Internet.
3- No Coverage needing REBOOT (Blackberries are a pain in the arse to REBOOT)
4- SOS Only needing REBOOT.
5- 3G Constantly Dropping even at FULL 3G coverage a second ago.
6- 'SIM Unregistered' Message needing REBOOT.

Called VF, you know how frustrating it is trying to talk to bloody Lara while at work? Twenty five minutes first hold, problem not solved.

Second call, told to leave number and will get a call in just over thirty minutes, no call back for 52 minutes.

Called again, on hold for over 25 minutes when another call is on hold, switched over, 26 minutes later, been put back on hold, still not sorted.

I have avoided having wife's iPhone break my head numerous times (mostly because she loves her phone), but this is ridiculous.

My uncle passed overseas three days ago and while on the mobile talking to his daughter to share the sorrows, the phone drops out after a five minute conversation. to top that off, my sister calls me from USA because she is very depressed, but I can't call her back because the 'Sim Unregistered' message...

I will call them every time there is a problem and demand out if it keeps happening regularly hence forth.

I left Vodafone the moment my contract expired with them. After the horrible coverage and reception I suffered for to years, they failed to send me my last bill, I called and requested it to be sent. It never was. i received an email saying I had to pay the amount plus an overdue fee, the regular bill was unusually high. I emailed back requesting a breakdown of the bill, after three of these requests Vodafone sent me someone elses bill, with their phone number, all the call and messages they had sent over the past month and their address. I called to complain but wasn't able to talk to a person.

I went into a store to complain, and they gave me yet another phone number. This all went on over about three months. Me requesting my bill, they were calling and telling me to pay my bill. In the end I paid, I was sick of the phone calls, but I still regret that they wore me down.

I sent the other person's bill that they sent to me to the address on the bill, with a letter telling him that I was given all his personal details, and to be careful.

20 Jan 2011 01:58:56 AM: 'but I still regret that they wore me down." How many times have I seen something similar on this website- I think Vodafone is doing it quite deliberately

I get the problem with dropped calls, maybe once a week, but it's not super often, the more common fault I get is simply not being able to place a call full stop. Every few days I go to make a call, my phone dials but the call does not go through. If I wait a few minutes then usually I can get it to work but sometimes I have to wait till my phone connects to another signal tower. I'm with Reward Mobile who use the Vodaphone network can I still complain?

Been with Vodafone for about 13 years now, i have 2 phones/plans on my account, i have never ever heard from vodafone asking if i am happy, or how they can help etc etc. the last few months the reception here has been going down hill, the last 2 weeks we all of a sudden have no reception in our house and we have to drive around the block to get some coverage. Not good when i am trying to run a business on these phones, now i am using my home phone all the time and that bill is going to be huge, and we are even having to give clients our home phone number so they can get hold of us, its a joke!!! I rang Vodafone the other night, after being on hold for 1hr 23mins i finally spoke to someone who was trying to tell me it was phone(which is iPhone 3GS) even after i told her we have 2 phones doing the same thing, and my next door neighbour the same also, but she continued to make me try and reset all different settings on my phone(about 4 times) and now i have lost all my settings and a fair bit my stuff i had stored on there is gone too!!!! She told me i was in a standard good 3G reception area, and maybe i need to take my phone to get looked at(again i told its happening with all phones) she then said they have noted my call in the system and are looking into it and i should either have the problem fixed or hear from Vodafone regarding this within the next 72 hours, well i havent had either happen, i am furious!!!! i am stuck in a plan on one phone still for another year and a half, and the other is due in 2 months, which i was going to renew in the new year so i can get another iphone for 24 month contract, doubt i will be doing that now, anyone got Telstras number?

My problem is with my phone and internet. The internet hasn't been reliable to say the least. Constant dropping out, bad signal strength, conflicts. I also get sms messages for another person. So by the looks of it the number I have for my internet is being used by someones phone, not very professional. I live in Glen Waverley and the internet will not work in my room or anywhere in the house. In fact I am often chatting to my friend on msn and I'll be kicked off. Sometimes when I try to re-connect it wont do it and I have to pull the usb stick and put it back in.

My iphone issues are much the same - someone will ring and it will go straight to voice mail, but it never rang at my end. People send me pictures and I'll get them .......three days later or not at all. I practically have to stand on my head in my house to get reception in my house. Yet when I signed up I asked specifically if there was reception in Glen Waverley as I use the phone for work and I was told yes. Will be ringing them when I get back from my holidays to see if I can get out of both contracts

I work for Telstra and the number of vodaphone customers that call in wanting to come over to us is over and above customers from other companies wanting to come to us. I've never been a vodaphone customer so I'm not sure what's going on. But from what I'm reading here it's heart attack inducing. I have two mobiles; one's with Telstra, and the other is with Optus (shhh!). Both are prepaid and both have excellent service in terms of coverage and customer service. I read a comment below from someone who mentioned they were treated superbly as a Voda prepaid customer, but as soon as they signed a contract with Voda the customer service went up the proverbial creek with no paddles. This is awful to hear. God bless you all and I hope you all get your grievances resolved in your favour. Renee.

I live in Lilydale, a metro suburb and I cannot even get a fraction of reception at my house. I joined with Vodafone when living at another address, and since moving have not been able to gain any reception at home. Other people in my home are with 3 and are able to roam through Telstra. I went into a Vodafone store to ask about roaming. The young girl employee looked clueless and said she would look into it and call me back in half an hour with the result. An hour and a half later she calls to tell me she can't do anything. I then call Customer Service to try and get my National Roaming activated (seeing as the girl couldn't comprehend the matter), and was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. I then visited another store and had my roaming activated, at which point I was told that any txt or calls made when roaming where not included in my $114 Unlimited Cap and that I have to pay extra for Vodafone's failure of coverage. Then when I returned home I discovered that I still do no receive any reception, even with my roaming activated and turned on. Massive failure Vodafone. I cannot believe I still have to pay for another 10 months of service when I can't even get a single bar of reception at my own home. What's the point in paying $114 for month for unlimited usage when I can't even access any data services where I live?

I only speak English and do not understand why i can not have some one without a strong accent from overseas answer my call. I am a person who relies on their phone for health reasons and as such need to know that the person I am speaking to knows what is going on in Australia and the time zone I am in at least.

Start entering my vodaphone mobile number, and it says, after 3 digits, that its an invalid number. Try again, and get disconnected before I have entered it. Phone them back, this time hanging on and get disconnected after 21 mins waiting. Phone them again, leave landline number. 1.5 hours later, get called back by someone who doesnt understand english, gets me to reset my phone to factory, before saying I should back it up, then fails to fix my problem anyway!

Full reception but cant call or talking and suddenly it drops out. This is crap as i run a business and are always on the run from job to job and need my mobile to operate my business. Data speeds are slow and takes forever to open up the first page its like it needs to warm up and old computer so it runs on optimum speeds. Not very happy and i just recently signed up again to upgrade my plans and get a new phone. I think i will take this to the ombadsmen so i can brake the pathetic contract i signed and move onto someone else who has better ratings. I only took out a $20 sim only account. My husband took one out on the same day at the same store with the same salesperson. Firstly we asked for our bills to be sent online. For some reason mine arrived in paper and only 2 weeks after I had joined so I figured it was a mistake and didnt pay it. My husband didnt receive one. 2 weeks later I had my phone barred for not paying the $20 bill. My husband still had not received a bill. I had to pay the bill and a reconnection fee. MY husband then got his bill online and was not charged for the time I had my service cancelled for. When we contacted them about it they said we were on different billing cycles yet he has signed up 10 minutes before me from the same store. I had to then go online and change my billing preference myself even though I had never requested a paper account and had paperwork showing this. We also had problems making and receiving calls from the kitchen of our house. We live in northern suburbs of Melbourne not a remote area. I lasted 6 months with them before pulling the pin.

When I politely called Vodafone's corporate headquarters in NSW I was treated like trash by the staff there! I was given a postal address to contact the 'customer correspondence team' and the response from this department was pathetic to say the least. Basically, they just send out standard letter and make the process of communicating with the company so difficult that most people just give up! I'm sure it's all designed to do exactly that!!!

3974 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is More Coverage at 27 Dec 2010 05:02:56 PM
I really haven't had a such a bad time with them since I joined them in 1998. But however Why can't we get reception in all parts of Australia like the other Telco's no - instead where we go to carvan in a corner of NSW / VIC on the Murray of all places we have to have another Telco's prepaid to use and this diverting Vodafone phones to this prepaid is a rather large pain. Especially for emergencies.

3973 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Epic Fail at 27 Dec 2010 05:02:38 PM
In the middle of Geelong CBD and it downloads 2 pages on HSDPA, then tries to connect to 3G, then G, then EDGE, then tells me there is no broadband coverage. But if I try again in a few minutes I may be able to download a page again. This is all in the same spot with a clear view of the sky..

It's the most inconsistent ...service I've ever used. I'm guessing they have oversold the service and there is not enough capacity for everyone to use it @ the same time.

On my old 3 service I got coverage at the Upper Yarra Dam, since Vodafone took over I don't.
I recently bought a Samsung "Jet" with a 2 gig data plan. I am not able to open pictures in Emails but can open pictures in SMS. I 4 months I haven't used any of my data plan.
I can't find a use for it on this phone. I have complained, but received no satisfaction. I am very disappointed to say the least

3952 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is "network rejected" at 27 Dec 2010 04:59:29 PM
I am originally from Adelaide, where I could not get reception in my bedroom. I have since moved to Melbourne (I am 15 minutes from the CBD) and also cannot get reception in my flat. Whenever a friend and I call each other - she is also on vodafone - we cannot talk for more than 10 minutes before our call drops out and we receive "network rejected" errors. And don't get me started on the coverage when driving around Oz... How does one go about breaking a contract with no termination fees?

3951 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Majorly at 27 Dec 2010 04:59:13 PM
Recently something happened with the vofafone network. I was switching between 3 local towers and continually getting disconnected in calls. This had never happened before and all from the same place i was standing in my house. I sent complaint to vodafone and it was never addressed. I tried with a different phone and same thing!!!!!!

So i tried other sims from other phone companies and not a problem.......

3948 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Dropped calls, no data at 27 Dec 2010 04:58:57 PM
Quite a few months back I called vodafone to to them about my lack of reception and ability to use my data allowance. I was told to simply reset the Internet on my phone and it would fit it. Now it all makes sense. At first I honestly thought it was only my phone. In places where I was once able to use my Internet and send messages, I now cannot. I have to walk outside into my street in order to make phone calls and use my Internet. In times when I need to use important sites such as my Internet banking, again, I now cannot. The problem has only recently gotten worse as not even will my data work. This has angered me deeply as I pay top dollar for my plan and what infuriates me the most is the fact that my bills have heavily increased due to having to communicate via phone all the time rather than via the Internet. My phone bills are double what they should be and I am ready to cut off my plan. Getting through to speaking to an actual person at vodafone is a long and frustrating process, that is of course, when my phone does not drop out. Compensation should be given for such appalling service by this comapany. If my phone actually allows me to post this message, I will be utterly shocked.

3947 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Poor reception at 27 Dec 2010 04:58:22 PM
There is no reception between Malvern and South Yarra most of the time. There are frequent drops. Also, I have once lost a job oppurtunity as an Important Voicemail was not delivered for 2-3 days. I wonder how Vodafone is going to address this !!

3935 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Rubbish at 27 Dec 2010 04:55:29 PM
I live in the inner suburbs of Sydney and 90% of the time cannot get signal in my home. I did send a complaint via the Vodafone site and someone did get back to me to help resolve the issue. However, the network dropped the call and nobody ever called me back again. Counting the days until I can get out of my contract!

3933 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Awfull at 27 Dec 2010 04:55:24 PM
I have been with vodafone for about 18 months - for the first 12 months - no real problems, the last 3 months the service has been embarrassing. So many times my wife has accused me of been on the phone with my phone being busy whilst I haven't been on the phone, then the data performance...example today wanting to do my internet banking on my phone it took 40 minutes....which is becoming typical of the service....then of course there are the constant network unavailable messages or network busy that appear when im trying to make a phone call.
