Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

Have been with VF for a LONG time, however, signed up a two year contract in Feb 2010 (because I found their service to be excellent, Customer Service was crap, but never needed it in years). In July 2010, while wife was sick and tired of 3, I convinced her to switch over to Vodafone as well, BIG MISTAKE. It appears she brought all her problems with her;

1- Call Drop Outs.
2- Extremely Slow Internet.
3- No Coverage needing REBOOT (Blackberries are a pain in the arse to REBOOT)
4- SOS Only needing REBOOT.
5- 3G Constantly Dropping even at FULL 3G coverage a second ago.
6- 'SIM Unregistered' Message needing REBOOT.

Called VF, you know how frustrating it is trying to talk to bloody Lara while at work? Twenty five minutes first hold, problem not solved.

Second call, told to leave number and will get a call in just over thirty minutes, no call back for 52 minutes.

Called again, on hold for over 25 minutes when another call is on hold, switched over, 26 minutes later, been put back on hold, still not sorted.

I have avoided having wife's iPhone break my head numerous times (mostly because she loves her phone), but this is ridiculous.

My uncle passed overseas three days ago and while on the mobile talking to his daughter to share the sorrows, the phone drops out after a five minute conversation. to top that off, my sister calls me from USA because she is very depressed, but I can't call her back because the 'Sim Unregistered' message...

I will call them every time there is a problem and demand out if it keeps happening regularly hence forth.
