Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

I recently switched from 3 to vodafone and my coverage and reception are fantastic! I'm not a very technical person so if i need to know something about my phone or have a general question i go into the civic store inside the canberra centre and the staff are so friendly and always help me. No matter what problem i have they always fix it! THANKYOU VODAFONE CANBERRA CENTRE
30 Dec 2010 02:45:16 PM: Yes, because you live in Canberra. Vodafone has to look after the politicians.
30 Dec 2010 02:49:45 PM: I am not a politian i work in a supermarket
30 Dec 2010 02:54:11 PM: Also remind you, this website is for the complaints, Can't you read 'Share You Pain'?? if you don't have pain, that's your good luck but please go somewhere else.
30 Dec 2010 03:01:21 PM: I didn't say you were a politician. Or, "politian", as you say. I merely pointed out the fact that you live in Canberra.
30 Dec 2010 03:05:56 PM: I don't have time to hate i deal with bad issues logically and politely. Good day to you
30 Dec 2010 03:11:53 PM: You are dealing with a "bad issue"? I thought you just came here to tell the rest of us what a fantastic reception you have.

And what wasn't polite in what I said? Look at that, not even one profanity. We surely must be living in an age of gentlemen.
30 Dec 2010 03:17:01 PM: Nothing i wrote suggested that i was dealing with a bad issue at the moment,It stated txat i that i delt with them logically and politely. It was very ungentlemanly of you to twist my words. Good day
30 Dec 2010 03:48:16 PM: Maybe those of us having issues in Melbourne and Brisbane should pay for flights to Canberra and talk to staff in the Civic Store inside the Canberra Centre. That seems like the logical thing to do.
30 Dec 2010 06:20:17 PM: everyones acting like this is the first time in the world a mobile network has had a capacity problem, does everyone here think that nothing usually breaks down sometimes?
30 Dec 2010 08:35:30 PM: Sometimes is acceptable, constant for 6, 12 or 18 months on end? Completely unacceptable. I know 100% uptime is not completely feasible. 30% uptime? unacceptable.
