Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

This website and its creators are an absolute disgrace. Can anyone honestly tell me they get better service and value from any other network. It is such a relief to have a viable alternative to the monopoly offered from Telstra and Optus, yet it is clear by the obvious advertising on this site that these companies are interested in defaming their competitors. This post will not be popular but before you fire off your frustrated views ask yourself 'do you want to give Telstra and Optus (two companies who have screwed their customers for years) more power in the industry.
28 Dec 2010 07:35:44 PM: I hear you man!
28 Dec 2010 07:45:56 PM: OI someone from Mexico. Basically Vodafone suck. Ive learnt a few things from this Voda debacle. ONLY sign 12 month contracts and switch providers each time. Voda you lose baby.
28 Dec 2010 07:49:18 PM: Bottom line : Vodafone can not provide a service for what they charge.
28 Dec 2010 11:10:16 PM: Vodaphone are obviously going through some of the same issues that Optus had a little while back, overselling on their network, in other words putting more customers on the network with plans that have usage patterns that the network can not handle. I have used Telstra and get coverage everywhere I have been with the exception of the odd spot way out in the bush. Several of my friends and work mates are on Vodaphone and it is quite common that I can not call them or text them so although I do not use Vodaphone my self I call many who do and many calls to these phones fail.
