Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

Have unfortunately been with Vodafone for 3 years. First phone I had broke 4 ones with different issues (software buffered up, wouldn't turn on) and was forced to pay a 50 bond every time I took it back to have fixed. Was told after the third time they didn't have any spare phones so I was told to call Vodafone myself and tell them I refused to pay for an upgrade when my phone was still in contract. I did that, got on another 2 year plan (which I said I didn't want in the first place but was told that was the only way to go. Was also advised against
Insurance after it didn't help at all last time.) got a new phone, had it for three months and that broke so called again and they said to take it into the store. Only problem they closed the store closest to me earlier so I would've had to drive 150kms... I then decided to just buy an iPhone outright so I could get off my plan as soon as it was up, ordered it online and was told 3 weeks, which was fine. I called 4 weeks later, waited for half an hour and was told that it was ordered fine, and would be arriving soon. Another 3 weeks later I called again to be told that it hadn't Bern ordered at all and I would need to order another, which I couldn't do that day because I had just paid my bill and it didn't show up on the system. Again u called up the next day, ordered another phone, and was told it was ordered in priority service, buy still took 3
More weeks to arrive.
I also don't get service in parts of my house, and the usual dropped calls and missed messages...
