Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

i don't have any problems with vodafone am i just lucky?, maybe all of you are now using voadfone as an excuse you all expect something is owed to you by the " big boys"?. May the buyer be ware.
28 Dec 2010 03:43:16 PM: I don't expect anything except a decent service, so that I can actually use my phone. you are just one of the lucky ones i suppose. maybe your using an old phone, using credit, when I had credit I had no problems.. signing up to a plan, i've had all the troubles in the world with them.
28 Dec 2010 03:46:56 PM: i have had a phone with vodafone for years and it is still the same to date, i think everyone on this website is complaining about crap boo hoo they still SHIT all over telstra and their FAKE-G NETWORK
28 Dec 2010 06:22:23 PM: Ok, explain this Mr. VF lover, how come i had better reception, call success rates and internet speed in South Australia 200 km north of Adelaide in the country, but i have serious issues with both internet and mobile phone calls and coverage in suburban Brisbane and on the Gold Coast?? Oh and how come i have to try to speak to a retarded, useless recorded voice NO recognition system for hours to even think about getting near a real person ( In India). Try Virgin Mobile people, they use the Optus network but lots cheaper than Optus or Telstra, my work phone is Optus 3g, my Virgin is 3G and guess what, I get more reception on it than the work phone!
