Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

4282 Someone from NT thinks vodafone is EPIC NETWORK FAIL ! at 27 Dec 2010 05:46:07 PM
I have had a contract with Vodafone for approx two years now. Although I've never had a problem with Customer Service per say; the Network is pathetic ! I live in Darwin in the Northern Suburbs District & work in the City district. Although Darwin may seem to be classed as a "remote" area, it's still no excuse for the such horrible Network Service I get. Both in the City & the Suburbs I get 1-3 bars of reception usually, & when receiving text messages they are some what delayed anywhere between 5minutes & an hour ! (according to the time stamp that also comes through), this is especially when I receive messages from other Vodafone Users. Attempts to make phone calls can sometimes not even be worth the try; as %50 if the calls I make Im usually met with the now all too familiar "beep, beep, beep", or be half way through the conversation (again more frequently with other Voda Users) and the call drops out with a message on my screen saying "Call Failed". I work in Car Rental and use my Mobile phone to organise many aspects of my day; getting through this efficiently and smoothly is impossible with the Vodafone Network & if the problem pursits will definately NOT be renewing my contract by the end of it. It's simply not worth the distress & especially the inconvinieces it causes for me in my Job ! So, do you think Vodafone will seriously get off their ass and do anything about it ? After numerous phone enquires, they're not even worth my time to go in and directly deal with them; I think NOT !
From one User who definately will not associate with Vodafone again unless they start to value their Clients & provide a more efficient service !
