Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

Hi,
I used to be a Loyal Vodafone customer, infact they were the company i signed my very first mobile phone with in 1999!
Unfortunately my Loyaltly, after 10yrs of being with them, did NOT pay off and clearly did NOT mean anything! Not only did my calls drop out ALL the time but my txt msg's sometimes would take hours to reach the person i sent them to and sometimes not even reach them at all( but i still got charged for them) and it was the same receiving Txt msg's aswell, my family/friends kept asking me why i hadn't replyed to their msg's and i would say "what msg's i didnt get any msg" the last straw was when i bought a SONY ERICCSON phone which i had to unlock to stay with Vodafone, and was happy to do at the time, but the phone was faulty so i took it back to the shop to either A. get it fixed B. get it replaced. I went for option B. as i needed a phone straight away to use (no one was willing to lend me a ph while my faulty phone was getting fixed) so i got a new replacement ph wich i then had to UNLOCK AGAIN and considering i had been a very LOYAL customer for 10 years with vodafone i thought they might unlock the ph for a small fee or even for NO fee.... I was very wrong vodafone did NOT care at all so i had to pay another $80 to unlock the ph to stay with vodafone.... in the end only after a few months of having the SONY ERICCSON ph all the buttons craked and wouldnt work so i then contacted SONY ERICCSON about the faulty ph but after alot of emails, ph calls and going to thier repair store i have heard nothing and have NOT received any new phone nor have they fixed the phone! that was over a yr ago... I am currently with a new service provider as I am very disappointed in Vodafone and i also will never buy a Sony Ericcson again!!
