Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

20380 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Massively at 21 Dec 2011 08:49:59 AM
Transferring from 3 (for some reason I fell for the new 'improved transmission from Vodafone' patter), so got on the phone, actually spoke to an Australian, which was impressive, and transferred at no cost, plus got a great internet pack. So far so good. Then the fun starts. No response after 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Hmmm. Where's my new SIM? Next time, no Australians involved, straight to Bangalore. "Sorry you can go into any Vodafone store and get a new SIM", "No, please send me one in the mail" "Well, it can be 7 working days!". So I get the new SIM finally, and of course it is not working at all - why? Because after 6 weeks, the migration hasn't even been completed!!

Back to Bangalore...First attempt "Hello this is Ranjan, may I have your name please?" I give my name. "Hello, this is Ranjan, your name please? If I cannot hear a response I will have to terminate the call. Goodbye!" Second attempt..."Hello this is Raj, sorry for the wait, high call volumes today! (So a patent liar as well as a poor performer) You don't seem to have been migrated yet - I will put you straight through to the migrations team where there is no waiting period." Transfers me...."Sorry, due to an emergency, we are unable to provide you with service at this time...meanwhile, why not check out our website..." beep...beep...beep.

That's how fail vodaflop is. Bunch of fraudsters. Let's shut them down.
